We ship all orders placed Monday – Friday before 3pm Swedish time on the same day. All orders are sent via DHLand usually arrive within 1-2 business days to sweden and 2-4 to the rest of EU. Please contact our team if your order has not arrived within 10 working days.

Our order process is very simple. All our blenders are shipped from Swden. Once you make your purchase through the
checkout, you will receive a payment confirmation email. If you order beforre 2pm we ship in the same day! As
soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a second shipping confirmation
email including tracking details to let you know it’s on its way.
If money has been captured from your account the order has reached us and will
be processed. Your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you
